1st- Pump up your country’s drug supply and make the people believe in “freedom”. Keep them stupid as it gets.

2nd – Provoke some far country and their people. Let them act “first”.

3rd – Now that you have an enemy, use it as propaganda. (Discovery Channel, Fox News, CNN…)

4th – Use the tax payers money to develop new weapons.

5th- Now that you have your brand new weapons, offer scholarships or any other benefits for those who join the forces.

6th – You’re ready for your war. Some will support it til death.
